This app is built to respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal data, and
your content stays on your device. This policy explains the limited data the app uses.
INFORMATION THE APP USES
- local notifications (used only, with your permission, to remind you of each plan day's bedtime and light cue — scheduled and delivered entirely on your device; nothing is sent to any server).
- anonymous diagnostics and crash reports (via Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to keep the app stable.
- an advertising identifier and related data used by Google AdMob to show ads. On iOS, the app asks for your permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before any tracking, and uses Google's UMP consent flow to honor GDPR/EEA choices. You can decline tracking and the app keeps working with non-personalized ads.
This app does not require location, camera, or microphone access. Your trip route,
travel date, and sleep times are entered by you and never leave your device.
HOW IT IS USED
Your sleep-shift plan is computed on-device from the cities, travel date, and sleep
window you enter. Trip settings are stored on your device only.
We use the data above only to provide the app's features, to keep the app stable,
and (with your consent) to show ads. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves
and we do not upload your content to our servers.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The app provides general circadian (body-clock) guidance for healthy adult
travelers. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any
condition. If you have a sleep disorder or another health condition, or take
medication, consult a doctor.
DATA RETENTION & YOUR CONTROL
Settings and content you create are stored on your device and are removed when you
delete the app. You can revoke notification or tracking permissions at any time in
the system Settings app; the app will continue to work with reduced features.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app may use: Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) and Google AdMob (ads).
Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
CHILDREN
This app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
