JetBlue Flight Change Policy with Google Flights
Introduction
JetBlue's flight change policy with Google flights is now more passenger-friendly - no change fees on most fares. You can now change any airline ticket except Blue Basic for free and rebook it while it's valid online or by phone.
JetBlue Flight Change with Google flights for Standard Tickets
According to JetBlue’s flight change with Google flights for standard tickets:
No change fees will apply to Blue, Blue Plus, Blue Extra and Mint fares if you change the day before your flight departs.
Blue Basic fare will incur a change fee (in addition to the applicable fare difference):
USD 100 per passenger while traveling within North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
USD 200 per passenger for all other routes.
JetBlue Change of Flight with Google Flights Date and/or Destination
When you change your flight date and/or departure/destination city:
You must pay the fare difference if your new ticket is more expensive.
If your new ticket is cheaper, the difference will be credited to your account.
You can make changes online through Trip Manager (if you purchased your ticket directly from JetBlue) or call JetBlue at 1–888–875–0388 JETBLUE.
Changing over the phone will cost 25 USD per passenger.
If you hold a non-refundable ticket and are unsure when you will travel again, you can claim the JetBlue Travel Bank Credit. Most travel bank credits are valid for 12 months from the original issue date.
JetBlue same day Google flight change policy
Under the same-day flight change policy, you can make same-day changes to Blue, Blue Plus, and Mint fares for a flat fee of $75, with no fare difference. However, there is no charge for changing flights of the day for Mosaic members and Blue Extra fares.
Same day transfer details
Other things to remember about same-day transfers include:
Same-day changes can only be made on the day of travel, starting at midnight in the time zone of your departing flight.
You can make same-day changes to any fare option.
You can change the same day to a flight earlier or later than the date of your original flight. You must travel between pairs of similar cities or into or out of neighboring airports as listed below in Airport Preferences.
You can make changes on the same day from midnight in the time zone of your departing flight and on the same calendar day as your original flight.
Mosaic members will not be charged the same day change fee and can change their flight from 24 hours before the original scheduled flight.
Passengers traveling on a refundable fare will not be charged the same day change fee.True-blue exchange bookings are eligible for same-day exchanges. Interline bookings may be eligible for same-day changes, subject to compliance with minimum connection times and other conditions. To upgrade to same-day online booking, you must contact JetBlue.
JetBlue Voyage postponed the same day
You can upgrade to a same-day backup itinerary for an additional fee of USD 75 (fare difference does not apply). To be eligible for a backup journey on JetBlue, you must hold a seat on the airline. You can book a backup itinerary on any sold-out flight on the same day and between cities as your original confirmed flight.

The entrance fee for waiting journeys is USD 75 for all fare types except Blue Extra.
The same day travel expenses will be refunded if you do not get the confirmed seat. You have to:

You can change to another route on the same day for an extra charge of USD 75 (fare difference does not apply). To be able to ride on JetBlue, you must reserve your seat on the airline. You can book an alternative route on any booked flight on the same day and between cities as your original confirmed flight.

JetBlue changes flight policy for non-refundable fares
According to JetBlue’s flight change policy, all fares are inclusive. Non-refundable fares can be changed without penalty, except for Blue Basic fares. In addition, all bookings made 7 days or more before departure can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of booking.
Blue Basic fares are subject to change with a flight change fee of $100 within North America, Central America and the Caribbean and $200 for all other routes (fare difference applies).
For Blue, Blue Plus, Blue Extra and Mint fares, only the fare difference applies.
Flight change policy for canceled flights
If JetBlue cancels a flight on which you have confirmed your booking, you have the option to:
Take the next available flight at no extra charge, or
Apply for a Travel Bank credit, orRequest a refund if your flight cannot be rebooked within 2 hours
In addition, if your flight is canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled departure time, you have the right to claim compensation. However, this only applies when:Flight canceled due to a controllable anomaly within JetBlue’s control and
No other means of transportation within 1 hour of scheduled departure time
Compensation amount is USD 50 as travel credit for future trip if alternative transportation is available within 4 hours before flight and USD 100 travel credit for future trip if available alternate flights after the scheduled departure time.
