Jessica is a creative executive and growth leader with deep expertise in launching brands, building ventures, and scaling mission-driven organizations at the intersection of creativity, technology, and impact. She has held senior leadership roles at CAPE, Webby Media Group, Verizon Media (RYOT), and Purpose, and has collaborated with Airbnb, Spotify, The New York Times, VICE, and global nonprofits. She built and scaled The Anthem Awards into the world’s largest social impact awards platform, relaunched Airbnb Experiences in Southern Europe, and built international revenue organizations across 70+ markets. Jessica brings rare strength across brand, growth, partnerships, venture creation, and go-to-market strategy — helping creative firms turn vision into scalable businesses.
Hannah Kreiswirth, Co-Founder
Hannah is a people-centered operator and organizational systems leader who spent nearly a decade as Partner and COO of AREA 17, leading its growth into a globally respected design and technology firm across the US and Europe. Her work spans organizational design, people systems, operating models, financial frameworks, and leadership development, helping teams scale without sacrificing clarity, care, or performance. Previously, she helped build Purpose’s creative agency arm and mission-driven organizations across culture and civic engagement. Hannah also serves on the global board of SoDA and advises organizations on future-of-work models through her Life-Life Harmony framework.
