During my presentation, I use both "I" and "we." "I" refers to my work and "we" refers to my mentor and my work. The endothelial cells required IRB approval, which I was not a part of, so I was not able to physically touch the cells or fibrinogen. However, I did contribute substantially by conducting the literature review beforehand, and the Image J analysis and a paired T-test afterward.
