What is our "Super Lax" Program?

• "Super Lax" Program is a player development program for student-athletes that are PASSIONATE about the game of lacrosse and want to play it at the elite level.
• The program is for players in 4th grade and younger.

Super Laxer K-2nd Grade Program (2030, 2031, 2032).

• All Inclusive Program for only $800
• This team is for passionate lacrosse players that will prepare them for the elite level for when they get to their 4th grade year. The teams practice with the Elite teams and receive coaching from Thunder Elite HS coaches, players, and alumni.
• The program is geared towards higher learning skill, IQ, and of course, FUN, to put them on the fast-track to the elite lacrosse level.
• This team does not cut, but previous playing experience (Rec, Thunder Clinics, etc) is required.
• Approximately 37 practices throughout the calendar year, scrimmages & play-days included.
• All weekly indoor training from September - February included - Sparta and Fairfield NJ Area (approx $600 value each).
• Cost is kept at a minimum as these teams do not travel to tournaments (unless the right opportunity opens up). They will play in multiple scrimmages vs. other local teams in the area.
• Team competes in 6v6 or 7v7 cross-field scrimmages to increase opportunities to handle the ball and make plays.
• The team practices in the fall once per week (Sunday evenings), Winter once per week (Sunday evenings), in the Spring (varying Sundays), and in the Summer twice per week (Tuesday/Thursday).

Details about 3rd-4th grade team (2028-2029) Elite Teams

• This is a tryout team that is selected during the Thunder Elite tryouts. The team travels to two fall tournaments and three summer tournaments, as well as various scrimmages throughout the year.
• Team competes in 10 v 10 full field competition
• Approximately 37 practices throughout the calendar year, 5 total tournaments, and scrimmages & play-days included.
• The team practices in the fall once per week (Sunday evenings), Winter once per week (Sunday evenings), in the Spring (varying Sundays), and in the Summer twice per week (Tuesday/Thursday).
• Team is issued official Thunder Elite uniforms.
