A Unique Experience

We currently have two beautiful places available to rent; the Jersey Jim Fire Lookout Tower and the Aspen Guard Station. We are working on the Glade Guard Station and hoping to open it up soon! 

• The Jersey Jim Tower is an old Forest Service Fire Lookout Tower 55' in the air with an open room and a 360 degree view of the beautiful San Juan Mountains. This is a unique experience no matter the season. One or two night rental options are available. 

• Aspen Guard Station is a gorgeous Forest Service Cabin perfect for a family getaway. Sleeps up to four people and has a working bathroom, kitchen and fire pit. 

Enjoy the beauty of the San Juan Mountains along with hiking, bike, horse and 4 wheeling trails and fishing! You are only a drive from Mesa Verde National Park, the Durango Narrow Gauge Railroad, the Four Corners Monument, Million Dollar Highway and so much more!
