JENNY CHANG
I am a 4th-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Social and Decision Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University. My research uses insights from economics and psychology to investigate the mechanisms and barriers that drive inequality within organizational contexts and labor market outcomes. Broadly, my work aims to provide a behavioral lens into the ways we can promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations.
