Refund Policy

Jennifer Butler strives to only start down the path of doing work with customers where it is possible to achieve a 5-star rating for her services.
When you return your signed contract to begin professional services with Jennifer Butler, you will be asked to indicate which approved charity for the Arts in Ireland will receive a donation from Jennifer Butler, if for any reason I do not earn your 5-star rating for my services. That is how you know I'm committed.

I do not issue refunds in cash equivalent directly to customers, unless specifically required by lawful or regulatory authority. That is how I know you are also committed to the work, as a customer.

You acknowledge prior to payment or purchase, that as Jennifer Butler offers non-tangible, irrevocable services and insight as goods, no refunds are provided directly to the customer, unless required by lawful or regulatory authority. All prospective customers may avail of a free 30-minute consultation, pending scheduling availability.
