About Me

I am a current Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Manitoba and a part-time statistical assistant at Statistics Canada. I am actively seeking opportunities in the job market for the 2023-2024 academic year. I completed my Master of Science (MSc) at Queen Mary University of London. My research interests lie in development economics, financial inclusion, immigration policy, women's employment, and immigrant employment. I have a passion for teaching and using data to effectively communicate my research interests.

The goal of my current research is to investigate the requirements of credential recognition for International Medical Graduates (IMGs), with a focus on variations across different Canadian provinces.
