I’m a UK-based writer with a particular focus on screenwriting and film criticism.

I write accessible film reviews on contemporary cinema, alongside longer-form retrospectives that look at film in relation to culture and society. My reviews can be found on Black Ballad, Xposé, Cinemania, and JustJensReviews where I have been critiquing cinema for over 15 years.

As a screenwriter, I've seen my words come to life in a web series and a stage play. I am working on TV pilots, feature films, and shorts, with past projects placing in national screenwriting competitions.
