I am currently the Michael Tang Professor of Economics and Professor of Public Policy at William & Mary.

In my current research, I study public policies related to Medicare and Medicaid, particularly policies affecting low-income and disabled persons. In on-going projects, I am studying the use of managed care to deliver services to seniors and people with disabilities and policies affecting long-term services and supports.
