Confidentially - don't fall foul of Ofqual Condition G4.3

Under Ofqual Condition D7 you must have information available to  teachers  to prepare learners for assessment (Ofqual defines a teacher as anyone who may help prepare a learner for assessment). 

But you must make sure that the information is restricted to preparing learners and does not share any confidential assessment material  or process (Condition G4.2).

If you are holding meetings with employers, training providers, or apprentices about end-point assessment, you must make sure that those meetings only relate to logistics of end-point assessment.  If those meetings cover anything other than EPA logistics, you must make sure that no-one with any involvement in the design of assessment materials, the delivery of assessment, or with knowledge of confidential  materials or processes is involved.
