Talk to each other

Running a small EpAO can be a lonely job.  And if you are an Ofqual responsible officer you may find that people think you are overly obsessed with bureaucracy and compliance!   

Use the forums that are available and build up networks to support you. You will soon find that things you think are just affecting are actually affecting everyone.  I know of a few good forums available:

• EPAO quality alliance (open to all)

• EPA Connect (FAB members only).

If you are delivering integrated degree apprenticeship EPA, then UVAC run a great forum, the UVAC -Degree Apprenticeship Knowledge Network for EPA  (apologies, I can't locate the weblink)
