I was born and raised in Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia and there I received a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (2015). After receiving a full-tuition scholarship from the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) to study abroad I moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, to seek a master's degree in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from The University of Pittsburgh. I worked as a laboratory assistant in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh and the Physical Therapy- Clinical and Translational Research Center (PT-CTRC). I have volunteered to assist in the Center for Balance Disorders at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Currently, I am writing from New York City and have created this website as personal space to reach you! So welcome. Here, you will find resources in Arabic or English for the greater community, graduate students, movement system experts, and clinicians. Once in a while, I might talk about other interests of mine beyond health, wellness, and sports.
