Note: Lorand Johnson told a descendant of Micajah & (Lorana / Susanna) Clark that he knew very little about this family.
On page 176 of the 1972 edition he had their son James married to Lucy Ammon and daughter Lucy married to James Barbour Jr but then removed both in the Terrell Edition in 1988.
I noticed that Elizabeth, Mary, and Agnes all married and moved to Campbell County, VA.
Elizabeth had married Zachariah Moorman after his first wife had died and was the step-mother of Millie Moorman who eventually married James "Seneca."
It was at that point that I was pretty sure that the son James had followed his sisters to Campbell County and was James “Seneca.”
Suzanne Johnston accused me of doing what Lorand often did. Connecting a family where there was an opening on the tree. I had to admit that she was correct.
The following is a result of my extensive research on this family and finally proving the connection.

James Johnson was the son of John & Elizabeth Johnson.
Lucy Moorman was the daughter of Andrew & Susannah Moorman, born about 1723. She died after 1796.
James was born between 1707-17 in New Kent, Virginia, British America.

Whereas James Johnson late a member of our Society hath taken a wife not professing with him to scandal of his profession and evil example of others of the young and rising generation with derogation from that principale of truth which had he bene obedient unto the manifestation thereof wold have protected him from evil and directed him to walk as become the truth professed by us the people called Quakers. Wee therefore whose names are underwritten for and in behalf of the peopell aforesaid and the holey profession they make of Christ and Christianity do testify against the said James Johnson as a person wholly disowned and out of unity with us until/if happily it may be the Lord’s will, he comes to show repentance of his said evil committed which is desired he ----.

This will was this day exhibited in open court by Lucy Johnson & Zachariah Moorman.
He died before 19 June 1787 in Louisa, Virginia, United States and was buried on his property. (not in the Personal Property Tax list)
His estate was probated on 8 Dec 1788 in Louisa, Virginia, United States.
In 1796 Lucy "gave/sold" the property to her son Micajah.

To have and to hold with all it appertenances there unto belonging to the only use and behoff of the said Micajah Johnson and his heirs forever which title the said Lucy Johnson doth warrant and forever defend against the claim or claims of any person or persons whatsoever to Micajah Johnson or his heirs forever. This deed was this day in open court proved to be the actll Deed of Judy Johnson by the oaths of Peter Crawford, Samuel Southerland, and Thomas Foster witnesses therate and by the court is ordered to be recorded.
Nore: It was not her property to sell or give away. She could have relinquished her rights and the property would have gone to Micajah and James. There was no mention of James.
Son James' 1807 Power of Attorney
On the 14th of December 1807 in Campbell County James gave his son Zachariah a Power of Attorney to try and recover his share from Micajah. This document established the fact that James Seneca was the son of James & Lucy.

Micajah Clark was the son of Bolling Clark (the son of Christopher Clark) and Winifred Buford, Micajah was born on 3 Dec 1749 and died on 23 Dec 1838 at the age of 89.

Micajah Clark and wife Luranna, sold their land in Campbell County, Virginia in 1784, but had already moved to Surry County, North Carolina. Micajah Clark is found on the 1790 census in Pendleton District, South Carolina. In 1799 Micajah Clark purchased of Joah [?Joel] Terrell, both of Pendleton District, 488 acres on "both sides of Estos Creek, waters of Keowee River where said Clark now lives." Four years later he and wife Luranna sold 1000 acres to John Wortman. A manuscript by Col. Albert Clark, Hopkinson, Kentucky states that Micajah Clark lived near Lexington, Kentucky.
