Advised and familiar with due diligence (including EH&S) related to mergers & acquisitions, and divestitures. Assisted clients in decision making, asset valuations, strategic planning, operations management, policy implementation, project selection, business development, and liability issues related to technical/financial cost aspects.
Additionally, experienced in evaluating and analyzing matters regarding project/ operations management, project schedules, progress tracking/monitoring, construction downtime/delay issues, cause and origin (C&O) of industrial accidents/incidents (explosions) and failure analysis (FA) for projects/disputes/cases related to energy, environmental and chemical process industries that included facilities inspection for investigation and assessments.
Analyzed, developed, and prepared multiple property damage (PD), business interruption (lost profits), and production/operational loss claims/estimates on suits/actions and insurance losses. Worked on cases/projects related to corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), O&G production/prices and royalties, chemical prices, and oil prices/refined product pricing loss claims.
Performed analysis on impacts of EH&S policies and regulatory matters on projects and businesses (including economic/financial impacts), decision making and liabilities, risk evaluation, and energy/environmental policies and related economics.
