All products are subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders must be paid in full via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) before dispatch. Proof of payment must be sent to confirm your order. No cash on delivery is accepted unless otherwise arranged.

3. Shipping

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location and courier availability. JD Accessoriez is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Resellers

Approved resellers are eligible for discounted pricing. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reseller privileges at any time.

6. No Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is. JD Accessoriez is a reseller and does not offer warranties or guarantees on products. We are not liable for wear and tear or misuse.
