Juheon (John) Chu

I am a senior at Dickinson College majoring in computer science and mathematics. My research interests lie in developing deep-learning methods to predict and design protein sequences and structures. I am particularly interested in exploring language and vision techniques that can expedite inference during the de novo protein generation and prediction with accuracy and confidence. Furthermore, my passion extends to genomics, I aim to harness computational methods to decipher and understand complex genomics data.
