I am a Fellow at Resources for the Future. My research is in energy and environmental economics, with a focus on electricity markets, consumer responses to prices, and energy affordability. I use applied econometric methods and randomized field experiments to study how prices, market design, and policy affect consumer behavior and welfare.Â
I hold a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from University of California Berkeley (2022) and received an undergraduate degree in economics and mathematics (BS) from the University of Michigan (2015). Prior to joining RFF, I was a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Chicago's Energy and Environment Lab (2022-2024).
