Advanced Nano Devices Lab

 Our group has been working in the area of advanced silicon nanodevices and their fabrication techniques. We are interested in the novel device concepts for advanced nanoelectronic and optoelectronic systems, for example, near-infrared photodiode, biosensor, gas sensor, and logic device.
