"Blast Off" is a song by French house music producer and disc jockey (DJ) David Guetta and Australian singer and DJ Kaz James. It was released as a digital download on 9 June 2014.[1][2] The song was written by Guetta, James, Ralph Wegner, Ebow Graham, Pavan Mukhi, and Giorgio Tuinfort. It features uncredited vocals by Ebow Graham (better known as Metropolis of Foreign Beggars), with additional uncredited guitar performed by Michael Nadeau.[3] The composition is largely based upon the original instrumentation of the song "Ain't Talkin' 'bout Love", by Van Halen.[4] In 2014, "Blast Off" was included in Guetta's Lovers on the Sun EP.[3] The track was also featured on the original motion picture soundtrack of the 2015 film Furious 7. It was later included in the 2015 re-release of Guetta's sixth studio album, entitled Listen Again as a bonus track.

I had to re-upload this old song since i used clips from a sega commercial, and it got removed. sad, but understandable. now it is 100% free of unlicenced clips, only voices from royalty free sound-packs.

He does an equally great job writing songs and performing them. His vocals are unique and interesting and his guitar work is really excellent. His band is also outstanding and work with him and each other quite well. Bob Purdy on bass, Dick Earle Ericksen on harp, Andy Rudy on piano/clavichord, Guy Nirelli on organ and Sonny Rock, Ron Keck and Andy Hearn sharing the drums and percussion work make for a tight and supportive unit. Tas wrote all the songs here and Mary Ann Casale, a musician who Tas often works with back home in Syracuse in upstate New York, helped on penning the first two. She also appears as a backing vocalist throughout and on guitar for a track and sings a duo with Cru on another. Victor Wainwright appears on the title track and Bill Barry is on organ for track nine. Donna Marie Floyd-Tritico and Patti Parks also do backing vocals.

Tomorrow by Together, the Kpop group has reached its highest sales and streams with their new EP, The Name Chapter: Temptation. The five songs in the album are individually unique in its own way, having a new storyline making it very important for the album to be played in order.

In particular, the two songs that struck out to me the most from this album are Devil by the Window, and Farewell, Neverland. I will go in depth with the other songs, but I will talk about Devil by the Window first as it comes first in the album.

Fugitive--aka Seth Gilmore (Skourge) on vocals, Blake Ibanez (Power Trip) and Victor Gutierrez (Impalers) on guitars, Andy Messer (ANS, Stymie) on bass, and Lincoln Mullins (Creeping Death) on drums--put out their debut EP Maniac on 20 Buck Spin last year, and now they've just followed it with a new two-song single, "Blast Furnace" b/w "Standoff." Blake produced it himself, and both songs are rippers that are cut from the same thrash/hardcore cloth as Maniac. Check it out below.

"Our Church kids call this "The Blast Off Song". This song also helps teach them a Bible verse. Children sing the song, then count down, say blast off, then immediately recite the verse and the reference...Tracy"

There are only a few bands that spread as many summer vibes as the London-based formation Jungle. Since 2013, the group makes the most addictive songs that invite millions of people to dance. With their amazing live reputation and a new album coming up, everybody is counting down the days until the band returns to a big stage.

Today DIMMU BORGIR release their cover of DEEP PURPLES's 'Perfect Strangers'. The song is featured on their upcoming cover album Inspiratio Profanus which will be released on December 8th via Nuclear Blast Records.

About DIMMU BORGIR:

As they conjure new, dark compositions, DIMMU BORGIR take a retrospective look back, celebrating the band's 30th Anniversary and the seminal artists that left a defining imprint on their sound.

Conceived in the heart of the Norwegian black metal scene in 1993, DIMMU BORGIR quickly broke free from the boundaries of the genre, daring to combine a traditional raven black sound with opulent symphonic orchestration. They became pioneers within their own field, forging groundbreaking albums such as Enthrone Darkness Triumphant (1997), Spiritual Black Dimensions (1999), & Death Cult Armageddon (2003), invading the entire world with headline tours and eventually turning into the most influential act of their genre after nine full-length studio releases.

After their last two successful albums Abrahadabra and Eonian and the remixed version of Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia, DIMMU BORGIR herald their 30-year legacy by releasing, together for the first time, a collection of their cover songs. Inspiratio Profanus features a cover of 'Black Metal' (VENOM), the genre-defining 'Perfect Strangers' (DEEP PURPLE), fan favourite 'Burn In Hell' (TWISTED SISTER), and electrifying renditions from the legendary CELTIC FROST, as well as other immensely influential artists!

The radio these days is a black hole. You'll be hearing the same songs over and over and over, with commercials about community college and specials at the local nightclubs in between. Even satellite has become annoying with all the talking the hosts do. That's why it's essential to have some sort of aux or bluetooth hookup in your ride to connect your phone. To help you guys out, we've assembled the ultimate summer playlist. With some tracks made for gentle rides and others made for shaking every window in your neighborhood, (in no particular order) these are The 25 Best New Songs To Blast in Your Car This Summer.

TDE connects with the Most Dope to warn us about the end. Ab-Soul's verse here is such fire that you have to roll your windows down and blast this song as loud as to not exclude anyone from its glory.

What starts out as a slow paced Irish ballad turns into an absolute jam session about halfway through. Turn this one up, take a swig of whiskey (but not while you're driving) and shatter some windows. When Little Green Cars proclaim, "it's easy to fall in love," we're assuming they mean with this song.

The Weeks' music harkens comparisons to Kings of Leon, and for good reason. "Brother in the Night," sounds like it could be a KOL song, if KOL could rock as hard as this. The Southern rockers go big here, and Cyle Barnes' booming voice will carry this tune miles away from your car window.

The Seattle native is getting a lot of love for "Thrift Shop" and "Can't Hold Us," but the only song you need to be bumping from The Heist this summer is "White Walls." Macklemore and TDE's Schoolboy Q trade bars professing their love for Cadillacs and the rims that come with them. When the chorus states "I'm rolling up, roof off, letting in shine," there's no reason this ode to one of the most classic cars ever built shouldn't be a part of your summer playlist.

The original "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" was already one of the best tracks off of good kid, m.a.a.d. city, but that wasn't enough for Kendrick. He let the song marinate for a few months, then dropped the official remix back in March, complete with a verse from Hov. The beat was already perfect for a cool summer's eve. Now, with both Kendrick and Jay-Z floating over it, you'll want no one killing your vibe as you blast it through your stereo.

This record really should be Haim featuring Kid Cudi, considering Mr. Solo Dolo's vocals can only be found on the chorus and on some ad-libs toward the end of the track, but why nitpick at an otherwise outstanding song. Haim's haunting vocals pierce through a plodding, synthesized beat, one that will sound perfect coming out of your speakers during a late-night drive with the top down.

Kanye West pulled off one of the most incredible song debuts of all time last night. Projecting himself in 66 different locations, he released "New Slaves," the first single for his upcoming album. One of the best lines of the song is "you see it's leaders and it's followers, but I'd rather be a dick than a swallower," and better believe everybody will be spitting that to random people on the sidewalk while they're driving.

Some of my best memories from High School are of cruising with friends, listening to 103.3 KHTR, and catching other kids in their cars singing along to the same song. Some of my best college memories are of loading the cooler, grabbing my favorite mix CD and hitting the highway for some spur of the moment road trip.

And as an adult, no matter how hard life gets, one of my saving graces is that I can always leave that stress behind, at least for a little while, and relive one fond childhood indulgence by hitting the DQ, cranking up the Spotify, and heading for the country, proving that the songs (& the technology) may change, but some things always stay the same.

"Blast Off!" is the eighth track off of Alone: The Home Recordings of Rivers Cuomo. Previously leaked online, the song was originally written by Cuomo as the opening track to the aborted rock opera concept album Songs from the Black Hole.

At the studio, I recorded "Blast Off" which I had re-worked and expanded from a 1993 songlet "Negativland". The song was to be sung by the four male lead characters in the musical, Jonas (me), Wuan (Brian), Dond (Matt), and our mechanoid M1 (Karl). MI's part I sang with a vocoder. The song expresses the characters' different feelings about heading out on space mission, or, in other words, my different feelings about heading out on tour and up the charts with a rock band.
