Jazi Communication and Publishing LLC (“Jazi Connect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when you use Jazi Connect applications, including Jazi Connect Kids, Jazi Connect Teens, Jazi Connect Adult, Jazi Connect Routines, Jazi Care and other Jazi Connect products and services that link to this Privacy Policy.
Our applications are designed to support communication, independence, routines, and everyday needs. Some Jazi Connect applications may be used by children or teenagers with the involvement of parents, guardians, caregivers, educators, or other support persons.

The information collected depends on which Jazi Connect application and features you use.
Account Information
If an application allows users to create an account, we may collect information necessary to create and maintain that account, such as:
Email address
Account identifier
Login and authentication information
We do not ask users to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to operate the applicable service.
User-Created Content
Some Jazi Connect applications allow users, parents, caregivers, or other authorized users to customize communication materials or create their own content.

Custom communication cards
Custom card names or text
Uploaded photographs or images
Personalized communication preferences
Other information voluntarily entered into the application
Users should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information that is not necessary to use the application.
Photos and Images
Certain features may allow users to select or upload photographs from their device to create personalized communication cards.
Jazi Connect does not access a user’s entire photo library simply because a photo-upload feature is available. Access occurs only according to the permissions provided by the user and the functionality offered by the device operating system.
Users should only upload photographs they have permission to use.
Subscription and Purchase Information
Some Jazi Connect features require a paid subscription.
Purchases made through an Apple device are processed through Apple’s App Store and Apple’s payment systems. Jazi Connect does not directly receive or store users’ full credit card or banking information from App Store purchases.
We may receive information about subscription status, product purchased, expiration status, transaction identifiers, and similar purchase information necessary to provide subscription access.

Jazi Connect applications are designed as communication and support tools.
Jazi Connect does not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate portions of our applications.

Supabase
Certain Jazi Connect applications may use Supabase for services such as account authentication, databases, storage, or application infrastructure.
RevenueCat
Certain Jazi Connect applications may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and in-app purchase entitlements.
Apple
On Apple devices, Apple may process App Store purchases, subscriptions, application distribution, and other platform services according to Apple’s own privacy practices.
These providers may process limited information necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
6. Speech and Communication Features
Jazi Connect applications may include communication features such as text-to-speech, sentence building, communication cards, or other assistive communication tools.
Information entered into these features is used to provide the requested functionality.
Where processing occurs directly on the user’s device, Jazi Connect does not receive that information merely because the feature was used.
Some functionality may rely on operating-system or third-party technology. The applicable provider’s privacy practices may apply when those services process information.
7. Data Sharing
Jazi Connect does not sell users’ personal information.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary:
To service providers that help us operate our applications
To process or verify subscriptions
To provide functionality requested by the user
To protect users, Jazi Connect, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats

We do not permit third parties to use information provided to us for their own targeted advertising simply because they provide a service to Jazi Connect.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should not share passwords with unauthorized individuals.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain accounts, satisfy legitimate business requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the Jazi Connect product being used.

Where a Jazi Connect application supports user accounts, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Deletion requests can be submitted through available in-app account controls, when provided, or by contacting Jazi Connect.
Certain information may be retained when required by law or when reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, transaction records, or legal compliance.
Deleting a Jazi Connect account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed through the user’s Apple account and App Store subscription settings.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to:

Jazi Connect applications may support individuals with communication differences or disabilities, but Jazi Connect is not a medical provider.
Our applications are communication, educational, accessibility, and support tools and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, developmental condition, or disability.
Use of a Jazi Connect application is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, speech-language therapy, or other professional services.
14. International Users
Jazi Connect services may be available in multiple countries or regions.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where the user resides. Where required, we take reasonable measures to process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
