## 1. Introduction
Averra Terra ("we", "us", "our", or "Averra Terra") is operated by **Emad Baqtyan**, an individual based in Jordan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Averra Terra mobile application (the "App").
Please read this policy before using the App. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
## 2. Information We Collect
### Information you provide
When you sign in with Google through Firebase Authentication, we may receive and store:
- Your name or Google display name;- Your email address; and- A unique account identifier needed to create and maintain your Averra Terra account.
We do not receive or store your Google password.
If you contact us, we collect the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, and support request.
### Information collected automatically
When enabled in the App, Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob may automatically collect or receive information such as:
- IP address, which may estimate a device's general or approximate location;- Advertising ID, app-set ID, and other device or account identifiers;- Device, operating-system, diagnostic, and performance information; and- App interactions, such as app launches, taps, views, and ad interactions.
The App does **not** request, collect, or store precise GPS location for advertising. General location information may be inferred by Google or its advertising services from information such as an IP address to help deliver geographically relevant advertising.
## 3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage your account;- Provide, operate, improve, and secure the App;- Respond to support requests;- Measure App performance and understand how the App is used;- Show advertisements and measure their performance;- Send service-related messages;- Send marketing emails where you have opted in, subject to your right to unsubscribe; and- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, and misuse.
## 4. Advertising, Analytics, and Affiliate Links
### Google AdMob
When Google AdMob is enabled, the App may display advertisements. Google AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and related device information to provide, measure, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising.
We may use available privacy controls and honor applicable user privacy choices. We do not request precise GPS location for advertising.
### Google Analytics for Firebase
When enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase helps us understand App usage and performance. It may collect information about App interactions, device information, identifiers, and diagnostics.
### Affiliate links
The App may include links to products or services sold by third parties. If you use one of these links and make a purchase on a third-party website, Averra Terra may earn a commission. Purchases are completed outside the App; we do not process payment-card details or payments in the App.
Third-party sellers and websites have their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own data practices.
## 5. How We Share Information
We may share information with the following service providers or categories of recipients:
- **Google Firebase Authentication**, to provide Google sign-in and account management;- **Google AdMob**, when enabled, to display and measure advertising;- **Google Analytics for Firebase**, when enabled, to provide analytics and performance measurement;- Service providers that help us operate, secure, or support the App; and- Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, advertising and analytics providers may process limited identifiers and usage information for advertising or measurement. Where applicable law treats this processing as a "sale" or "sharing," you may contact us to exercise available choices as described below.
## 6. Marketing Emails
We may send marketing emails only where you choose to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting us at **averraterrasupportteam@gmail.com**.
Service-related messages, such as account or security notices, may still be sent when necessary to operate your account.
## 7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We will verify the request as appropriate and delete the requested account data within **30 days**, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping purposes.

### California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

## 9. Children's Privacy
