● Junior High Assistant Principal for grades 6 – 8 (6oo students).
● Develop and deliver professional development opportunities for staff members including instructional technology tools and strategies, student engagement, and Danielson Framework for evaluation.

● Instructional leader for developing a new STEM/STEAM Encore class for the 2016 - 2017 school year through curriculum planning, designing and writing curriculum, grant writing, and managing a budget for hardware, software, and equipment purchases.
● Organized and managed communication from Hauser to home/community. Examples include monthly newsletter utilizing Google Slides for teacher collaboration, weekly e-mails to parents to keep all updated on events and information, posting information and images to social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter), and updating school website using WordPress with information, pictures, and creating new links for clearer navigation.
● Handled all discipline of middle school students through the day with organizing consequences (i.e. lunch detentions, after school detentions, in-school suspensions) and communication with parents through creating a mail merge contact form sent home to parents utilizing Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets).
● Communicated consistently and clearly utilizing phone calls and e-mail with stakeholders including parents, community members, and Board of Education members.
● Worked with attendance secretary to manage attendance, tardies, and truancy. Created a form with Google Forms that creates a mail merge contact with parents of students who are tardy and posted warnings and potential consequences.
● Manage all school emergency procedures and drills throughout the school year (i.e. code red lockdown, tornado, fire, and bus).
