Jussumnigga is a body of work that serves as a very intense and personal investigation into the sense of self. How so much of “self-identity” is constructed by cultural and societal expectations and presumptions. And how does this co-exists with the reality of how genuine relationships---with familial ones perhaps most central—really make us who we are in spite of those other imposed and often limiting identities placed upon us.
