Jeong-Ah Shin's Homepage
Jeong-Ah Shin received a Ph.D. in educational psychology (cognitive science of teaching and learning) from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, she was a full-time lecturer in Faculty of Liberal Education at Seoul National University, where she taught and conducted research for three years. She worked as assistant professor in Department of English Language and Literature at Kwangwoon University from 2013 to 2014. She is now teaching and doing research in Department of English Language and Literature at Dongguk University since March, 2015.
Her fields of research center on psycholinguistics and second language research, including syntactic(structural) priming and syntactic parsing, language production, processing in language comprehension, and bilingual language processing. Other areas of interest include second language acquisition and corpus linguistics.
