Wasmy Learn App ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Jarly mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Jarly.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Information You Provide

Jarly is designed to work fully offline. Any information you enter — jar names, budgets, transaction amounts, categories, notes, and savings goals — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this financial information.

b) Advertising Data (via Google AdMob)

Jarly displays advertisements through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to support free access to the app. Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information to serve and measure ads, including:

- Advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID)

- Device information (device type, operating system version)

- Approximate location (derived from IP address)

- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

We do not control and are not responsible for how Google processes this data.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- Locally stored data (jars, transactions, goals) is used solely to provide the App's budgeting features on your device.

- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is used to display relevant ads and measure ad performance.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Jarly uses the following third-party service:

- Google AdMob (Google LLC) — for displaying advertisements.

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or cloud storage services that transmit your personal financial data off your device.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

All budgeting data you enter is stored locally on your device using secure local storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers, as we do not operate any backend servers for Jarly. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Jarly is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at the email below.

6. YOUR CHOICES

- You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the App, or using the "Delete all data" option in Settings.

- You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android).

- If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights regarding data processed by Google AdMob; please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on exercising these rights.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
