Step 2: Import Items to Your Character

The next step is to import items to your character using Hero Editor. To do this, you need to open your character file (.d2s) with Hero Editor. You can find your character files in your Diablo 2 Save folder. For example, if you installed Diablo 2 Resurrected in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Diablo II Resurrected\\ , then your Save folder should be C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Diablo II Resurrected\\Save\\ .

Once you have opened your character file with Hero Editor, you can right-click on any empty inventory or gear slot and select Import Item From File... (Ctrl + I).
