Who was responsible for the Capitol violence?

These are all screen captures from a Discord group ran by Jayden X , who's real name is John Sullivan and who claims to be a video journalist. I personally took these screenshots as soon as I found them and sent them to the FBI.  John and his friends have had many interactions with the police. 

John(aka Jayden X) was arrested before I uploaded the screenshots to the FBI but I still don't know why they have not used this against him. The screenshots on this page are just some o f what I have found to be incriminating. Here are what is on this page plus more that I have taken that I think are incriminating. 

John was later released and as far as I can tell was never charged, yet many patriots who did little more than enter the capitol at the invitation of the Capitol Police are still being prosecuted.
