Jamwords Application

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Jamwords mobile application ("Application", "Game").

By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any provisions, please stop using the Application.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

• Purchase data — when you make in-app purchases (IAP), transaction information is processed by the platform (App Store / Google Play); we only receive confirmation of the purchase.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Gameplay analytics — events for level start, level completion, errors, hint usage, theme and pack progress.

• Economy — coin earning and spending, in-app purchases.

• Technical data — device type, operating system version, Application version, interface language.

• Identifiers — anonymous installation identifier (Instance ID).

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or other personal information unless you explicitly provide it to us.

3. How We Use Data

• To operate the Application and save player progress.

• To improve game quality and fix errors based on analytics.

• To prevent fraud and rule violations.

• To comply with legal requirements.

4. Third Parties

4.1 Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized analytics. Data is transferred to Google LLC according to their privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4.2 App Stores

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) or Google Play (Google LLC). We do not receive or store your payment card data.

5. Data Storage and Protection

Analytics data is processed and stored by Google Firebase. Progress data is stored locally on your device.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Data is retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy.

6. Children

The Application is available to a general audience. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us — we will delete this data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.

• Request correction or deletion of data.

• Withdraw consent to data processing.

• Object to data processing.

8. Offline Mode

The Application works fully in offline mode. In this case, analytics are not sent. Progress is saved locally on the device.

9. Policy Changes

We may periodically update this Policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the Application or by other available means. Continued use of the Application after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
