House Of Mirrors

'House Of Mirrors' is an experimental electronic piece of music composed & produced by James Kennedy and is the 8th track on his 2012 solo album '9.i.P.'

'House Of Mirrors' is the only track on the '9.i.P.' album to feature non-electronic instruments. In fact the entire piece is performed exclusively by Kennedy's voice & nothing more. In contrast to the electronic experiments of the rest of the album, Kennedy wanted to create a piece composed entirely of that most versatile & natural of all instruments, the human voice. Kennedy recorded a ton of different vocal sounds, pushing his voice to its extreme and all of the sounds heard on the track are natural & un-processed. There is still very little in the way of melody, harmony or rhythm in the piece and it is very much a dark, atonal work.
