About Us
My name is Colin Ruane and I bought a Citroen HY van in early 2020. For a year during lockdown I turned it from a forgotten about and abandoned van into the beautiful coffee shop you see today.
All of the electricity in the van is powered by the solar panels that are fitted to the roof. By doing this we have created the first solar-powered coffee van in Ireland.
We explore the different beaches on the west coast of Ireland so keep an eye out for us!
