About me
Hello! I’m Jayeshbhai Paragbhai Bhandari, an organic farmer with over six years of hands-on experience in cultivating fruits with care, patience, and purity. Farming isn’t just my profession — it’s my identity, and every tree on my land is nurtured like family.
Our farm proudly grows 400+ mango trees, focusing on the highest quality and quantity of Valsadia Kesar and Hapus (Alphonso) mangoes. These mangoes are widely loved for their exceptional sweetness, aroma, juiciness, and naturally ripened freshness.
Alongside Kesar and Hapus, we also grow other premium mango varieties in smaller quantities, including:
Dasheri – soft and sweet, a classic from the north
Totapuri – tangy and juicy, perfect for pickles and pulps
Neelam – aromatic and flavorful, harvested in late summer
Badami, Langra, and Himsagar – distinct in taste and texture, for the true mango connoisseurs
While mangoes are our core commercial crop, we also cultivate pomegranates, figs (anjeer), custard apples, and star fruits in limited quantities.
Overview
Our farm, named "Jala Sai Farm," is a heartfelt dedication to our grandparents, Shrimati Late Jamnaben and Shriman Late Lalabhai, as well as our spiritual inspirations, Jalaram Bapa and Sai Baba. The name "Jala" combines the initials of our grandparents and also honors Jalaram Bapa, while "Sai" pays tribute to Sai Baba, symbolizing the blending of cherished family and spiritual values.
