This policy describes information handled by JailBrake and its advertising services. It covers the Android game, including local progress, advertising and privacy choices.
1. Information saved on your device
JailBrake saves your level progress, stars, coins, owned and selected skins, reward state, and music and sound preferences in the app's private storage. This lets you continue playing without creating an account. The game does not upload this save file to a developer-operated server or provide cloud synchronization.
The game does not ask you to provide a name, email address, password, photos or contacts to play. It does not request access to your camera, microphone or precise GPS location.
2. Advertising and related information
JailBrake uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google's advertising SDK collects and shares device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app/ad interactions and performance diagnostics. These support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and detection of fraud or abuse. Identifiers can include advertising and app-set IDs, depending on device settings and consent.
Google and advertising partners handle this information under their own privacy terms and applicable choices. The game does not send its local progress file as ad-targeting data. Advertising and consent services may use device storage to remember choices and manage ads. No separate Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics integration is included in this release.

3. Your advertising choices
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and apply advertising-consent information. Where required by the configured consent message and your region, a consent form is shown. When available, open Settings and choose AD PRIVACY OPTIONS to review your choices.
Android settings also provide advertising-ID and other ad-privacy controls; availability and wording vary by device. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing. Rewarded videos are optional, and core puzzles can be played offline.
4. Support messages
If you contact alfeg3official@gmail.com, your email address, message and anything you choose to attach are received to answer your request. This happens through your email service, not a mandatory in-game account. Please avoid sending passwords or unrelated personal information. Correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve support matters and meet applicable obligations.
5. Retention and deletion
Local progress and preferences remain on your device until removed. You can clear JailBrake's storage through Android's app settings to erase its local save and settings. Uninstalling can also remove this data. This may permanently remove earned coins, skins and progress.
The game has no user account to delete and no developer-hosted database of player saves. Clearing local data does not delete information already processed by advertising providers. Those providers apply their own retention and deletion procedures; see Google's explanation:

For privacy questions or requests about information you supplied directly in a support message, email alfeg3official@gmail.com. We cannot use a local game save to identify or erase every record held independently by Google or another advertising provider.
6. Security and processing locations
Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Local saves use Android app-private storage. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Advertising providers and email services may process information in countries other than yours, under their respective privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
7. Children and privacy rights
The game does not ask players for their date of birth. Parents or guardians with questions about a child's information may contact the support address above. This policy does not change the game's age rating or the advertising choices available on the device.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and complaints to a data-protection authority. Contact us about information supplied directly to us; use Google's privacy controls and request channels for information it handles independently.
8. Other destinations and policy changes
An advertisement may take you to another app, store listing or website. Its operator's privacy policy applies there. This policy may be updated when the game or its services change; the updated date will appear above.
