Jaehoon Jeong is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of Seoul. 

Prior to her current position, Professor Jeong held roles as a senior researcher at CJ Future Management Research Institute, specializing in entertainment and information technology, and at LG Economic Research Institute, focusing on IT. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a marketer at Samsung Electronics, specializing in semiconductor business. Her internship at UNESCO Bangkok served as a pivotal experience that deepened her research interest in addressing social issues. 

Professor Jeong earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from KAIST, her M.S. in Business Administration from Seoul National University, and her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Her research interests lie at the intersection of information technology, business, and society.
