Hey I did that! Using my dad's MIG Welder
Wired and assembled the drive train to ensure it all works.
After having problems, I realized I needed to jump the key-switch to allow the controller to push current
45 degree joints
Only need: Fork, Handlebars, Downpipe
Pre-welded fabrication. Looks great!
Welded sturdy box to support the rear axle and seat
Welded on 1/4" thick steel hub bearing blocks
Sizing the straight bar from downpipe to rear axle for maximum leg room and comfort
It's really coming together!
Creates a super rigid frame
22-gauge plate for vertical support and motor mounting
Welded in the first half of support plate
Welded in the front support plate
Grinded down welds, cleaned off grease and dust, and primed with Rustoleum enamel
Scrap Steel Plates to mount the bucket seat onto
Welded in the seat support plates
Prevents the vertical plate from popping in and out from the torque of the motor

Fire-truck red paint
Not quite done, but almost
Cut and bent a battery mounting plate together
Pocket for the battery to sit in
