This Privacy Policy explains how the "Hyper Cube: Puzzle Escape" app (referred to as "the App" below) handles your information. The short answer: the App does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal data with any third party. The entire app runs on your own device, without needing an internet connection.

2. How the app works (offline-first)

The App is an offline puzzle game. It does not require an internet connection to run, and it does not send any network requests on its own — no analytics, no ads, no cloud syncing. This means that while you're playing, none of your activity ever reaches any server, simply because no server is used at all.

3. What data is stored on your device, and why

So that your progress (level completions, stars, achievements) is remembered the next time you open the app, a few things are saved locally on your own phone/device:

• Level progress — which levels are unlocked/completed, and how many stars you earned on each

• Statistics — total moves, total rotations, time spent playing, and how many hints you've used

• Achievements — which achievement badges you've unlocked

• Settings/preferences — such as camera shake on/off, hints on/off

This is all saved using a local storage technology called "SharedPreferences," which lives directly in your device's internal memory — the same way any ordinary app saves its settings. This data:

• Is never uploaded to the internet

• Is never linked to any cloud account (since there is no account/login system at all)

• Stays limited to your own device only

4. Things this app deliberately does NOT do

To make it clear that privacy has been carefully considered, this app intentionally does not include any of the following:

• No analytics or tracking SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.) — meaning none of your usage patterns are tracked anywhere

• No advertising SDKs — no banner ads, no video ads, no personalized ads

• No third-party APIs or external servers

• No account creation or login — no email, phone number, or social login is ever required

• No access to location, contacts, camera, or microphone

• Internet permission isn't even included in the app's Android manifest — because of this, the app technically cannot access the network at all

5. Children's privacy

This app is suitable for all age groups and does not collect personal data from users of any age. Because of this, the app is naturally compliant with children's privacy requirements (such as COPPA-style regulations), since no data is collected in the first place.

6. How you can reset/remove your data

• Inside the app, Settings → Reset Progress lets you delete all your progress, stars, and achievements at any time.

• Uninstalling the app also automatically removes all locally saved data (SharedPreferences) from your device, since that data isn't backed up anywhere else.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future update to the app introduces a new feature that affects how data is handled, this policy will be updated and a new "Effective Date" will be shown above. For now, everything described above fully applies to the current version of this app.
