I worked with two of my previous web design clients for their grand opening sign to put outside the shop they work out of.

I built this process map for my client to have an overview of what went into a program they were running for their clients. I apologize the image is a little blurry, unfortunately. The process map goes from when the client comes on board until the program is complete and every step in between with the exact action that needs to be taken at each step.
