Bossman was my team's submission to the BigMode Game Jam, which ran from 24/01/25 - 02/02/25.

My roles in this project were co-game director and co-composer/sound designer. I also created some of the concept art and the UI design for the main menu, as well as some character art assets.

The theme was 'Power', so we decided to created a comedy-based game based on the concept of corporate power. The player starts out at the bottom of the business chain, working in a store. They need to complete 'microgames' (think Warioware, Dumb Ways to Die, etc) to earn promotions and gain power, eventually becoming Overlord of the Cosmos.

In total, we planned to create 6 levels, each with 3 microgames. However, only 1 minigame was implemented in each level by the submission date, due to unexpected complications in programming.
