Parents/Guardians and Students,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year where anything can happen!

Each of you have different circumstances and it’s important that you and your parents remain in communication with me so that I can help accommodate you and your family if the need arises. If you or your parent needs immediate assistance or would like a conference, my email is laura.piercefoster@jefferson.kyschools.us.

Please make sure to check Infinite Campus for any grade discrepancies. If you notice a discrepancy, please email/message me regarding the assignment, date, and grade.  As a reminder,  grade updates may take up to two weeks from submission. 

Most student assignments will be posted and submitted via Google Classroom. Parents may also access all assignments via the Daily Agenda or viewing My Classroom on my website.   

The Daily Agenda provides students with advanced information for those students who would like to work ahead, or simply want to keep organized. 

Students will not be penalized for late work. However, it’s in students’ best interest to keep on track with his or her studies and not fall behind. Communication between student, teacher, and parents is vital in discerning how to best help each student be successful.
