Summary: 'Sapin-Sapin' is a Filipino inspired restaurant concept, honoring Lanna Gale's heritage. She worked alongsides with Evelyn Wu, Willie Yao, and Sam Laven. Together, they applied their culinary and hospitality training, industry experience, and knowledge to develop a well rounded restaurant concept that focused on cultural authenticity, efficiency, and rich culinary and scenic experience.

Lanna took on the role as Operations Manager. She was responsible for the floor-plan design, the flow of food, interior/exterior design choices, and logo graphics. In preparation for the competition presentations, she dedicated time learning how to project her voice and gain confidence to deliver the perfect 'sales-pitch,' with her teammates.
