The restaurant's core gimmick is a stock-market style pricing game, where menu prices fluctuate based on demand, dropping when interest is low and rising until a "market crash" resets prices.

Lanna took on the role as Operations Manager due to her prior experience developing 'Sapin-Sapin'. She had the same responsibilities of developing the floorplan, interior/exterior design choices, and graphics. But she was presented with a new challenge of creating a rotating food conveyor belt, safety and sanitation practices, and in-depth game technology details.
