Open iToDoList
Tap the “+” button in the top right corner
Enter a name for your list (e.g., “Work”, “Personal”, “Shopping”)
Tap “Save”
Select a list
Tap the “+” button to create a new task
Fill in the task details:
Title (required)
Description (required)
Photo (optional – from camera or photo library)
Tap “Save”
Edit: Swipe left on any item and tap “Edit”
Delete: Swipe left on any item and tap “Delete”
View Details: Tap on any task to see full details including photos
Lists are like folders that group related tasks together. Use them to separate different areas of your life – create containers for work projects, personal goals, shopping lists, or any category you need.

Q: How do I backup my data? A: Currently, iToDoList stores all data locally on your device using SwiftData. Your data is automatically saved as you work. We’re exploring cloud backup options for future updates.
Q: Can I share containers or tasks with others? A: iToDoList is designed for personal task management. Sharing features may be added in future updates based on user feedback.
Q: Why can’t I see my tasks after closing the app? A: Your tasks are automatically saved. If you’re experiencing issues, try:
Force closing and reopening the app
Checking if you’re looking in the correct list
Ensuring your device has sufficient storage space
Q: How many lists can I create? A: There’s no limit! Create as many lists as you need to organize your life effectively.
Q: Can I change the app’s colors or theme? A: The app automatically adapts to your device’s light/dark mode setting. The gradient theme is part of iToDoList’s signature design.
Q: Is my data private? A: Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device. We don’t collect, store, or have access to any of your personal information or tasks.
Ensure you’re running iOS 17.0 or later
Try restarting your device
Check for available app updates
Check that iToDoList has permission to access your photos in Settings > Privacy > Photos
Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
Make sure you’re looking in the correct container
Force close and reopen the app
