By downloading, installing, or using the ItemQuest: Everyday NPC application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App

ItemQuest: Everyday NPC is a mobile application that allows users to:
Photograph or select everyday objects
Convert those objects into digital NPC (Non-Player Character) cards
Collect, trade, and interact with NPC cards

3.1 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility
.
3.2 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities
.
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Create fraudulent NPC cards or manipulate the conversion system
Harass other users or post offensive content
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
5.1 App Ownership: The App, including its code, design, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by [Company Name] and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

5.2 User-Generated Content: NPC cards created by you using the App are your digital creations. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and share anonymized versions of your cards for promotional purposes

5.3 Object Images: When you photograph objects, you retain ownership of the original image. The converted NPC card and its associated data are jointly owned as per Section 5.2

6.1 Virtual Currency: The App offer virtual currency ("Gems") or premium items for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
.
6.2 Subscription Services: Premium features may require a subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are detailed in the separate Membership Agreement

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or emotional distress caused by becoming too attached to your trash can NPC
.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
