Key Responsibilities
Perform daily production activities and achieve wafer output target of assigned equipment(s)
Support Line Leaders in eliminating operational disruption or stoppage via engagement of Process/Equipment stakeholders
Support Line Leaders in the timely administration of control/dummy wafer
Support the upkeeping of manufacturing peripherals (box, cassette, rack, etc.) so as to realize quality excellence towards hardware parts
Promote innovative mindset through quality/productivity/cost-saving improvement recommendation at work
Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the Cleanroom
Maintain good housekeeping standards and cultivate workplace safety mindset in the production area
Attain all necessary work qualifications/certifications so as to achieve efficiency at work
Pre-Requisites
Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics or related fields
Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
Able to work in Cleanroom environment Good communication skills and teamwork vigor
Conversant with MS Windows software
Basic understanding of fundamental Quality

Key Responsibilities
Follow SOP and carry out CAS per specification
Execute good maintenance of support tool
Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
Execute in-depth preventive maintenance (PM) as per OM schedule and specifications
Troubleshoot basic equipment related issues and minimize equipment downtime
Assist Engineer in the installation and hook up of new or upgrading equipment
Know how to use SPACE to monitor SPC charts.
Understand all the PR rules and follow CAS correctly Know how to use measurement instruments effectively in data collection Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub-fab / office and maintenance support areas
Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
Assist new Technicians on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
Provide proper and accurate passed down of line issues and documentation (fill up and file the checklists)
Wafer scrap reduction awareness
Coordinate with Specialists to ensure efficiency of works to meet Mfg and Module objectives
Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workspace

1 – 2 years working experience in Electrical / Electronics industry

Key Responsibilities
Monitor SPC charts using SPACE
Respond to all the PR rules and follow CAS correctly.
Execute basic quality annotation
Review ESPC charts using SPACE
Monitor all qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools
Setup recipes / job files in all metrology tools in the Module.
Do regular housekeeping of production job files
Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure that integrity of the tools is in place to run the process
Obtain data for lots affected by tool faults and dispose the affected lots accordingly with minimal held time.
Use CAS, if exist, in disposition.
For lot disposition, ensure data completion for all information required to be filled up by Process Technician / AE part – no steps to be skipped
Provide proper and accurate pass down of line issues, outstanding follow-up tasks and documentation (fill up and file the checklists)
Assist Engineers in the qualification of new processes and new equipment for production.
Know the concept of repeatability and reproductively (R&R) run
Participate in Module CIP programs to improve quality and productivity of Module
Constantly monitor and feedback process issues to Engineers for further improvement
