Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of maintenance and calibration activities on production and facilities equipment. Required on the job training will be supplemented with external coursework as needed. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Follow all safety and cGMP requirements

• Perform calibration activities.

• Perform certification of clean rooms and controlled areas.

• Repair instrumentation electronics and equipment as requested.

• Keep familiar with operation and maintenance procedures for all equipment in area of responsibility.

• Troubleshoot all assigned equipment problems and monitor operation of equipment.

• Design and fabricate parts and small systems.

• Install and monitor new equipment.

• Complete all required paperwork, work orders, inventory requests, and requisitions.

• Keep shop and lab area clean and organized.

• Keep current in maintenance and calibration technology.

• Perform on-call and after hours maintenance activities as required

• Manage day-to-day facilities maintenance activities that include planning, scheduling, organizing and execution of maintenance works. Coordinate, supervise and control contractors on the execution of facilities maintenance and improvement works, as well as new/existing leasehold improvement activities.

• Projects, A&A including planning & execution.

Qualification

• Open to all ITE graduates from all disciplines

• Industrial Trade Certificate (ITC) in Electrical or Mechanical

• Knowledge of how to use power and hand tools associated with typical industrial maintenance.

• Knowledge in common calibrated disciplines: temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, time, mass, electronic, and dimension measurement calibrations.

Experiences

• Facilities systems / Maintenance - 3 years

• Production equipment Repair / Maintenance - 3 years

• Perform calibration - 2 years

• Construction / renovation projects - 1 year

• Autocad - 2 years

• Competencies preferred

• Has basic knowledge of common facilities operations e.g. air-conditioning system, compressors and electrical system, and able to perform simple trouble-shooting activities on breakdowns

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work with and manage Specialist, Facilities and contractors

• Ability to communicate with all functions and levels

• Ability to take initiatives and propose improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of product with specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings.

• Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities.

• Planning skills would be highly sought after.

• Experienced working in a related manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the duty of receiving, checking, counting and storing of materials.

• Update receipt of materials into the Oracle/SAP system daily and filing the documents.

• Pick and replenish materials according to Manufacturing demand.

• Pack finished goods and accessories according to the work instruction and packing specification.

• Conduct inventory cycle count and update result into Oracle/SAP system.

Qualification

• GCE 'O' / 'N' Level / ITE certificates above and has with technical work experiences will be highly considered.

• OA house experience with warehouse system knowledge in in ERP, SAP, Oracle

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shift duties to support production.

• Conduct preventive maintenance as per PM schedule and specification.

• Assist new colleagues on their On-the-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy.

• Participate and contribute actively in continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity of PM results.

Key Responsibilities

Operation Duties:

• Perform in process quality control testing on incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with required quality specifications, particularly with ISO 13485:2003 and 21- CFR – 820.

• Perform troubleshooting or Special Testing Request as instructed by supervisor to identify root cause of QC assignable cause and QC failure.

• Perform IPQC testing in compliance with all quality and department procedures.

Sustaining Duties

• Timely maintenance of laboratory equipment per established preventive maintenance schedule and procedures. Update maintenance log for all IPQC equipment.

• Perform IPQC testing for incoming raw materials per established procedures.

• Coordinate equipment calibration and preventive maintenance with service provider.

• Assist Sr / IPQC Chemist in the following:

  • validate testing per approved protocol.

  • conduct lab investigation relating to incoming raw material failures.

  • conduct experiment /analysis to support new test method transfer.

  • perform validation & concordance testing with R&D lab.

Administrative duties:

• Proper maintenance of controlled documents to support IPQC operation and ensure controlled copies are readily available.

• Manage Inventory and raise purchase request for IPQC Lab consumables.

• Proper housekeeping of the IPQC lab & 5S

Qualification

• ITE qualifications in Engineering disciplines

• NTC 3 in technical discipline or 'O' / 'N' Level with technical work experience

Experiences

• Laboratory Environment Year of Experience: 1 year
