Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of warehouse/logistics operations (e.g. packing, loading and unloading cargo)

• Receive goods and arrange outgoing export of goods

• Arrangement of local delivery schedules

• Update SAP system once receiving, shipping and issuing functions are complete

• Perform daily cycle count and stock taking

• Ensure proper housekeeping of production area and warehouse area

Pre-Requisites

• Minimum NITEC certificate holder

• Having prior warehousing experience will be advantageous

• Experience in SAP and Excel preferred

• Hardworking and possesses good communication skills

• Strong team player who is also able to work independently when needed

• Mon to Fri: 8am – 530pm (able to support OT and work on weekends)

Salary

• $1,600 - $2,300 (depending on experiences)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for set up and operate CNC & NC Machine according to production schedule and meet all specification requirement.

• Perform simple trouble shooting, basic daily machine maintenance and maintaining 6S housekeeping.

• Read, interpret & execute various machining works using CNC and NC vertical/ horizontal lathe involving milling, turning and grinding per the engine manual requirements.

• Meet tight and demanding repair production schedule & delivery requirements.

• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.

• Participate in cost control initiatives & continuous improvement projects/ events.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in aviation repair involving CNC & conventional machining (milling, turning and grinding).

• Able to work rotating shifts.

• Proactive to cross-training and multi-tasking.

• On the job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, oxygen systems, fuel systems, gaskets, and seals.

• Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of equipment’s and aircraft components.

• Modify aircraft structures, space vehicles, systems, or components, following drawings, schematics, charts, engineering orders, and technical publications.

• Nitec/Diploma qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Able to repair, perform maintenance checks and modifies the full range of aircraft structural components and body structures.

• Experience in inspecting defects and determining the repairs required.

• Knowledgeable in repair work (component repair/sheetmetal structure).

• Able to fabricate airframe sheet metal parts, service aviation, subsystem assemblies’ components and perform operational checks to ensure aircraft is in line with regulations and safety requirements.

• Able to identify, remove and manage aircraft corrosions while ensuring aerodynamics smoothness.

• Comfortable in using precision equipment/tools/machinery

• Nitec/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Store and/or warehouse management.

• Planners will have an entire aircraft assigned to them at any one time, he/she must be able to work independently

• He/she has to monitor a project's status to ensure that timelines are met and that client/customer needs are taken care of promptly

• Ensure the completion of aircraft maintenance job cards for smooth line maintenance operations

• Create maintenance schedules, individual releases and maintains work orders

• Sourcing for vendors and supplies, ordering spare parts that may be required for regular aircraft maintenance

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical Engineering

• Assist Camp Manager to manage daily operation

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operate CNC machining centre and CNC Lathe

• Carry out daily housekeeping in the work area after each work shift

• Responsible to work safely and comply with all the safety work procedures and practices

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Machining

• Able to understand and interpret of mechanical blue print

• Able to use of measuring instrument

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Mixing machine/ grinder machine

Key Responsibilities

• Perform escorting of Suppliers and Contractors

• Perform receiving and put-away of stores

• Perform receiving and issuing of Life Saving Equipment for the Customer 1 to 1 exchange requirement.

• Perform picking and packing of customer indented items

• Perform stocktaking as accordance to the PI documents created

• Perform daily fuel tanks sounding and accounting

• Perform refuelling of high speed diesel to ships

• Perform re-warehousing and housekeeping of work area

• Perform shift duty, including weekends & PH to support ship user urgent indent and fuel requests

• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise contractors for M & E preventive maintenance works such as Fire protection system/ Lift/ Cooling tower / Air Con/ Ejector pump, etc.

• Plan and supervise contractors for building services works such as cleaning / landscaping/ waste management, renovation, etc.

• Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective maintenance such as replace light tubes/fitting, install power points, etc.

• Conduct daily routine inspection for building facilities /M&E works.

• Record meter reading to monitor electricity /water consumption.

• Escort scrap metal collection and witness weighting at vendor scrap yard.

• Ensure contractor comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works.

• Raise PR for works/services to be done by contractors/vendors.

• Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.

• Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.

• Assist in fire drill exercise.

Pre-Requisites

• Higher Nitec in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Able to cycle and physically fit.

• Singaporean preferred

• Spoken Language – English and Mandarin

• Class 2/3 Driving license (preferred).

• Able to work on weekends for critical repair works.

• Other locations: Chin Bee, Rifle Range Road (may be rotated in future).
