Key Responsibilities
1st level Phone Assistance
Perform first level support for PC Support issues over Phone for Desktop Support for Internal
Users including guidance on the selection of the different paperless requests forms for different purposes
Unlock AD account for Singpost users
Basic troubleshoot Outlook, Laptop and Desktop issue
Basic troubleshoot on network and LAN issue
Basic troubleshoot for frequent password locked on laptop, mobile and tablets
Provide basic guideline to users upon request – password locked, CA ticket guide, VPN access guide and Meeting room booking
Escalate the issue to PC support team if cannot solve in first level checking
Guide users on the selection of the different paperless request forms for different purposes

Restart/Unlock the eSAM kiosks upon request
Assist CSO to raise CA ticket for any technical fault reported by customers through CSO Hotline.
Report to the relevant Town Council to restore power for any eSAM kiosks located at HDB sites.
Generate a summary report for kiosks that failed during the software release.
Monitor status and health of all Post Offices during their respectively operating hours
Monitor status for POS Trxn Server Service and POS Messenger Service (POSTrxnServerSvc)
Monitoring of all SAMs machine status

Job Purpose
Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities and manufacturing equipment by performing the duties stated in job description. Support daily mail processing operation.
Key Responsibilities
Provides engineering support and maintenance of the sorting system and warehouse automation system. Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM).
Work closely with Operation to ensure good machine performance.
Monitors the equipment performance and execute the schedule preventive maintenance program.
Identify areas for improvement to the sorting equipment and make recommendations for change.

Vehicle Care
To perform daily checks on vehicle assigned prior to departing SPC for collection duties or any other duties assigned by MC’s IPs / POs / AOM. To report any fault / problem discovered during the checks before driving out of SPC. To check and ensure that vehicle assigned is roadworthy.
To check and ensure that there is sufficient fuel, battery water, brakes fluid within vehicle assigned before taking and handing over of vehicle on each working day.

Conduct final inspection on parcels, documents, fulfillment items, etc after they are allocated to respective beats and prior to leaving Mail & Parcel Centre (MPC) for delivery to ensure that all items are correct and in good condition before delivery.
Collect parcels, documents, fulfillment items, etc correctly and promptly from customers, post offices, etc.
Deliver parcel, documents, fulfillment items, etc (including any packaging materials) correctly and promptly to addressees.
Deliver EMS bags/parcel bags for overseas delivery to airport.
