Pre-Requisites

• Minimum GCE N levels/O levels with min 1 years relevant experience in Customer Service Coordination / Liaison Work / Case Management Coordination

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff

• Strong passion to serve the patients

• Has administrative background (be it healthcare or not) – Versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Able to manage high volume of emails and attend to matters involving inter-departments

• Willing to travel to various working locations locally, when needed

Working Hours / Location

• 8.30am - 5pm / 8.30am – 1pm

• 5.5 Days/ Various locations

• Perform general cleaning, dispatching and administration work
