As the service ambassador of our company, you will identify and address customers' uncertainties. You will offer solutions and lend a helping hand in alleviating their concerns. Your active listening and reassuring voice will come a long way in ensuring that our policyholders' enquiries are handled in a prompt and professional manner on a daily basis and that our Contact Centre remains the preferred way for our customers to reach us.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility
Empathize with customers, and offer clear and relevant advice
Provide policy recommendations and refer customers to client advisers for more comprehensive explanations
Perform post-case administration for future reference
Pre-Requisites
Have obtained NITEC, Higher Nitec, diploma or degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage
Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre
Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice, have patience in dealing with complex problems
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to answer queries clearly over the phone
Be result-oriented and enjoy seeing tangible results of your hard work
This is a contract-based position, and attractive remunerations and monthly incentives will await you if you are a successful candidate

8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm / 9.30am to 6.30pm

$2,600 - $2,900 + Attractive Allowances and Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telemarketing calls to prompt general insurance products with clear and succinct product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
Entrench a strong brand image of Income through clear and honest sales pitch
Recommend suitable policies to address customers’ needs and actively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Follow-up on enquiries and promote direct business product activations
Achieve KPI of sales performance, call quality and operational standards
Achieve KPI of leads clearance and talk time
Work closely with Team Managers for business development and implementation of sales strategies
Pre-Requisites
Have obtained a minimum of GCE 'N' Levels, 3 G.C.E ‘O’ Levels Passes or NITEC / Higher NITEC
Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be a plus
Past experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous
Professional and well-spoken over the phone
Good verbal communication and customer service skills to appease customers
Motivated and driven when met with challenges, committed, strong-willed and persuasive in recommending suitable products
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multi-task to efficiently reply to enquiries
